You may return most items purchased from Albasir’s website within the specified return window, except those clearly marked as non‑returnable on the product page and/or our Returns policy. Items damaged, defective, missing parts, or mismatched to their description are eligible.

  • If pickup service is unavailable, we will provide a self‑return option.
  • Once we receive and verify the return item, refunds will be issued following our Refund Policy. For cash on delivery orders, refunds may be processed via NEFT or Wallet balance.
Can I get a replacement instead of a refund?

Yes. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, and an identical replacement is available, it will be provided at no extra cost.
