SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders in India. You do not pay any shipping charges on any orders placed. There are no extra or hidden charges for delivery. It takes between 3-7 working days for us to ship your ordered merchandise from the time you place the order on our site. We ensure that the fastest and most efficient dispatch & delivery chain is in place to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible from our warehouse. The goods will be delivered within 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India. On dispatch, we will send you a mail giving you the details of the courier service used. We deliver to more than 650 locations within the geographical boundary of India. We dispatch all parcels using a courier chosen according to your order or the type of products sold on www.albasir.in to offer you fast and reliable delivery.

What Should I Do If I Cannot Track My Order Online?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email containing your parcel information is sent to you automatically. You can then track the AWB bill on courier’s website. If you are unable to view any information regarding your parcel, we recommend that you contact us so we can follow up on your order at info@albasir.in or call us at our customer care number +91 9463777888, or by logging to our courier partner's website.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PARCEL?

When you receive your parcel, you notice that it is damaged you should refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our warehouse, complete with security tape that should be visible and intact. Please email us immediately at info@albasir.in & call us on our helpline no +91 9463777888 stating that you have refused to accept the damaged parcel within 5 days. Should you receive a parcel and find the packaging tampered later on send us an e-mail at info@albasir.in and please send us the parcel and the same should reach us within 5 to 7 working

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We offer our products to customers from outside India as well. However, the international orders are currently in the form of offline & online orders which are catered through our site and also via mail at info@albasir.in, Shipping charges may vary from country to country and with content to content. Please contact us to know about your country-specific shipping charges. You can drop a mail at info@albasir.in and we will get in touch with at the earliest.

Most of the orders are shipped directly from India. Shipping address refers to where the product has to be shipped and therefore you are requested to mention your complete address with pin/zip code and a working phone number. Billing address refers to the address where a customer receives their credit card bills.

RETURN POLICY: RETURN POLICY

We believe in keeping our dear customers happy and satisfied with all their experiences with us. We serve you with the best quality genuine products. Nevertheless, if you want to make some returns we ensure you a hassle-free and an easy return policy.

CONDITION OF RETURN ITEMS

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, and damage due to personal misuse or negligence. There should be no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case, and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. The original tags must still be attached to the item in order to return or exchange. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT

All you need to do is to inform us within 15 days of receiving the parcel by writing in to us at info@albasir.in once authorized by us, the product has to be returned and should reach us within 5/7 working days from the authorization mail. For returning the product you can also courier the product to us and share the tracking details as soon as it is couriered. Ensure all the tags packaging material etc are intact. Pack the product in a way to ensure that the reverse transit will not damage the product. Fill up the form sent with the authorizing mail mentioning the order number product details any concerns or queries etc. Pack the form with the product.

STORE CREDIT

We are sorry that your order didn’t work out for you. You can return your product and earn your next order a store credit from us. Your store credit comes with the power of being used at any time in the future and for any product on our site.

PLEASE NOTE

You must inform us about your return within 7 days from the date of delivery, mail us at info@albasir.in.

The return of the product is to be done on your side and you will have to bear the expenses of return shipping. We currently do not provide a reverse pick up service.

For the return shipping cost, the customer will get a Rs 100 coupon which can be used on shop.albasir.in for future purchases.

The product should reach us in its original condition without any damage or any other kind of tampering.

The product should be returned in a well-packed box so as to avoid any damage in the transit.

The shipping address of shop.albasir.in should be Cleary mentioned on the package to be returned and in complete detail.

HOW DO I RETURN THE GOURMET FOODS?

For the return of gourmet foods, you must inform us within 2 days from the date of delivery about your return at info@albasir.in.

There is no stocking fee for gourmet returns.

For the return shipping cost, the customer will get a Rs 100 coupon which can be used on www.albasir.in for future purchases. We do not cater to returns if:

The product is damaged or has been tampered with in any way.

The product has been used, worn, washed, or changed in any other way.

Crafts are prone to a slight variation in the design, color, and pattern work therefore we may not be able to refund your order if the same are your criteria for making a return.

You are as such requested to enquire about any doubts that you may have regarding the products before going for the final purchase. Drop-in a mail at info@albasir.in and have all your doubts cleared in a very short time.

The products are of standard quality but not to your personal liking in terms of taste and color. If you wish to cancel your order with us Please Note:

The order can only be canceled if and only if it has not already been shipped.

If the order has been paid for through a credit card or net banking and has not yet been shipped we will refund the order in full amount.

However, once the order has been shipped from our warehouse you will not be entitled to any refund and it will become a return on your side.

The‘made to order’ and other customized orders are in no way eligible for cancellation.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Most of the products on www.albasir.in are handmade hand woven and intricately crafted as such there may be variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting digital photography color settings and displaying capabilities of computer monitors laptops or the mobile devices that you may be using. If an order is subjected to any damage manufacturing defect or fault from our side send in a mail at info@albasir.in and once we verify the same, we will refund your order in full amount.
