How do I redeem my Gift Card?
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a unique Gift Card code via email. At checkout on the Albasir store, enter this code into the “Coupon Code” field and click “Apply” to enjoy the full value of your Gift Card. Each code can be redeemed one time only.
Is there an expiry date?
All Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Be sure to redeem your code before it expires!
Can I return or refund a Gift Card?
Gift Cards are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please choose your amount and recipient carefully.
I didn’t receive my Gift Card code. What should I do?
