Blue Tea

Blue tea has been consumed for centuries in Southeast Asia, especially in Thailand and Malaysia. It is also consumed in India, where it is known as ‘Shankhpushpi.’ The butterfly pea flower is considered a medicinal plant in Ayurveda, and it is believed to have several health benefits as a part of the ayurveda system.
