Step 2. Red chilli powder, saunf powder, ginger garlic, cumin, masala and salt being added one by one.

Step 3. The mixture is removed from the langdi and a round tikki shape is formed.

Step 4. In the end, take a tea-spoon of oil in hand and rub over the masala tikki and formed a small hole in the centre.
